Treason is one of the only crimes explicitly spelled out in the Constitution. It involves specifically involving yourself in acts of war against the United States or providing aid and comfort to an enemy of the United States. I'm pretty sure that owning a media corporation that has a low opinion of the current president is NOT Treason and secondly, defended by the First Amendment As for the treason accusation, I'm very uncomfortable with that insult being liberally sprung at those towards those people who disagree with me.It was only a few years ago that that very same epithet was hurled toward me for disagreeing with the previous president.
Rupert Murdoch|Murdoch didn't get to his current position by ignoring the laws that apply to journalism. It is beyond unlikely that anyone could adequately prove direct incitement to assassination in any of his journalistic enterprises. Additionally, assassinating a President has never, so far as I know, been charged as treason. It would more likely be prosecuted under other charges - and Fox News Channel|Fox News left entirely out of the accusations.
No, it's not treason. If it was, he wouldn't be the president anymore. Either that or he's covering his butt like Richard Nixon|Nixon.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
