I think a lot more people would get their animals spayed/neutered if it was less expensive. I would. I have a small male that has not spread his gene pool as he is a mutt.
I keep him indoors or on a leash. Pure blooded animals should be checked and if the animal has any health issues to pass along, they should be fixed. If you forced fixing them, eventually people would not be able to get a pet and that would be tragic.
They are such good companions.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
