Anyone qualified to own a handgun should be trained and licensed to carry if desired. Any licensed, trained students should be allowed to carry on a college campus. This would be rather difficult to accomodate for high schools since most students are not old enough to acquire a license to carry.
Not that I'm a fan of getting 'government permission' to exercise my rights, a person should get some training and be certified by some professional organization to prove they are capable of safely using a handgun in public. More.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
