Should the four books of the Twilight Series be read in order?

Great question Char! I have not personally read the Twilight books, both of my kids have however. They have suggested to me to start with: Twilight New Moon Eclipse Breaking Dawn This is the exact order the Twilight books go in and it is suggested to read them in order.

We need to read the first Twilight book to completely follow the second and so on. I have watched the first two twilight movies and I am looking forward to twilight Eclipse coming out on DVD or On Demand. I am hooked.

Now if I can find time to read the kids Twilight books! I know the books are well worth reading. My daughter is actually on the 4th Twilight book (not quite finished.) But, both of my kids having a hard time putting a Twilight book down once they pick it up!

Yes. Definitely. The romance and general storyline progresses from the first book through the fourth and it is really unlikely that you'll get the same effect by reading them out of order.

You should really read them in order starting with Twilight. There is some important information in Twilight and you will miss vital parts that will come up later in the books. They were meant to be read in order, Twilight to New Moon to Eclipse to Breaking Dawn.

You won't know the whole story behind what's going on! Like how Edward and Bella met and how Bella and Jake met and how Bella got to Forks and so on and so forth. If you read one of the others first you will be left with a dozen questions in your head.

There are some books that you can still understand even if you don't read it in order, but in my opinion the Twilight series isn't one of them.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
