Well no. To save the lower classes you would have to do all of that, and then close all regulatory agencies, and then lower taxes on corporate profit and capital gains. Then and only then will the lower classes be saved.
It's ok, it doesn't make sense to over 50% of the electorate either.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
