I believe this law should be supported for at least one or two generations, so that there is not a huge wave of genetically deformed kids the society has to deal with, and the government has to pay money for.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
