Scientifically, there is no really solid evidence that shows the effects of long term use of marijuana, so maybe/maybe not. But there is some evidence that suggests that starting from a young age may lead to mental health issues down the road. Personally, if you only smoke it once every two weeks like you say, probably not.
Like most things in life "it depends" It will give you a 'high' but long term use at your age is not recommended. The thought/moral police will tell you the same old tired bull crap they have "parroted ' their entire lives. This is a free country and you are free to do what you want as long as you do it 'our' way.
Moderation is key to most if not all interactions in live. So enjoy life, but NOT to much!
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
