Sometimes a bottle cap, or other bit of metal will get jammed in the shredder blades. This is difficult to free up, and when you do, if you don’t remove the metal, it will jam again. The last resort is to take the thing apart.
That is if a metallic jam is causing the overload. Geppetto 57 months ago.
Well, my disposal died about 15 years ago. But for some disposals that are simply jammed, you can buy a little metal crank that you insert in the bottom of the disposal and you turn it and hopefully free the disposal. The little crank costs about $7.
So you can try that. Otherwise, it's a $100 disposal and probably a $200 plumber's bill to replace it. Or you can try replacing it yourself.
Home Depot sells disposals for $100. DanZee 62 months ago.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
