Sick about 9 days ago. I was put on a Antibiotic 2 days ago, still cough, get a fever afternoon - night which is gone in morn is thus normal?

If indeed you have pneumonia, it can take awhile for the symptoms to clear up. This is quite common of some of the patients that I take care of at work. However, if the symptoms worsen, any aspect of them, I suggest that you return to your doctor.

Another thing worth consideration is how and when your cough becomes most congestive. A hot bath can assist in opening up your airways before bedtime. This may not entirely remedy the problem though.

There are specific tests for pneumonia, you could have pluracy, upper respiratory infection, or a number of things. Keep in mind that although antibiotics may help, certain conditions must run their course. Although we may or may not feel better the condition may still be present.

Ask your physician if you could benefit from a steroid, such as prednisone for short term relief or a breathing treatment. Also note, I am not a doctor. I am an advanced nursing assistant and nursing student.Do not substitute or deviate from your doctors advice based on my opinion.

These things may or may not be able to help you. I hope that you feel better soon. If your breathing problems become severe, make sure that you seek medical attention immediately.

Drink plenty of fluids and rest. Good luck!

The antibiotics usually start working some in about 3 days but won't be completely better for about 10. Your fever isn't that high, either. The prescription the doctors normally give for a course of antibiotics is 10 days.

You'll get better gradually, should start noticing some difference soon.

In my case I have always taken prescribed antibiotivs over a course of ten days. If you get worse before then, or do not feeling better by day 7 or 8, call your doctor and seek advise on what to do.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
