Unfortunately, you're right, a library has to support Silverlight specifically. If a library is open source, you could try to build it yourself against the Silverlight runtime. If it doesn't depend on too specific stuff, you might be lucky to get it work after a few tweaks.

NET framework, the Windows Phone 7 isn't a full implementation of Silverlight either so there are some features that are not available on WP7. – Bil Dec 25 '10 at 16:57.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
