Silverlight/WPF and Blend: DataBind a text field, but define a design-time value?

The feature you're looking for is Expression Blend Sample Data. Sample Data allows you to specify a Design Time data source that has some sample fields in it (names, addresses, numbers, images, hierarchies, etc).

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
