Power from the source goes through the NC contacts to the bell. The relay normally has power, which interrupts the power to the bell. Cut wire B, the relay opens up, the NC contacts close, providing power to the bell.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
