(Dogs don't understand being reprimanded for things they did in the past.) - If you catch her in the act, you CALMLY tell her "NO, let's go outside", take her outside, praise her like there is no tomorrow when she does her business outside.

If I have understood your question, your parents found this dog, they couldnt keep is because she is dog aggressive, so you took it. But you took it knowing you have urges to hurt animals. Now the dog isnt house trained so you have the urge to hurt it.

1) Take her to the vet. She should be scanned for a microchip. The vet may be able to contact her previous owners.

They may have given her up for dead. Tell the vet your parents found her. Leave her at the vets.

2) There is no evidence this dog has been abused. Dog aggression is normal for all terriers that were not properly socialised with other dogs when they were puppies. There is no good reason not to take her to the vet.
