Well he has stated no new taxes and also has plans to reduce taxes for the rich. He believes that he can make other countries pay for his projects although why they would want to is a mystery. Considering his stated goals and those who support him it seems that they have been looking at two parties, one in Russia and the other formed in Germany in the 1920's and 30's for ideas.
