Since isaiah is hebrew and did not speak latin.Why is the latin word lucifer in the hebrew book isaiah?

The king of Tyre was a man. He was made wealthy and great because of Israel as God had blessed them. That is why God held him accountable.

He knew God had blessed them and still cheated Israel and could care less about God.
