I wouldn't judge all republicans by their leadership, or lack thereof. They have a hard time admitting that they are wrong. That the community organizer ran the right kind of campaign with a good ground game, and the "successful" (with 22% bankruptcies), businessman failed.
The ground game is what mattered. The will spend all their time blaming everyone else, claiming cheating, anything but admit they were wrong and that they need to change. They ran a campaign geared for 1912 America, not 2012 America. I've even heard them say they need to work harder for the white vote, which proves the just don't get it.
The only poll that was really wrong was the Rasmussen, the one biased towards the cons. Dude, you clearly have a less than a high school education. (I have two graduate degrees.) This country was NOT founded on conservative values and if you think Obama is a Marxist, I have to question if you even have a GED.
Jim, I guess you don't listen to your own leaders, because when Romney was behind in the polls, they kept insisting that the polls were all left leaning and biased just because they sampled more democrats. They totally ignored the fact that the democrats increased their numbers by 10% in the last four years and are far greater in number than the cons, who were stagnate over the last four years. Try reading the second and third links below.
(I know, you don't want facts.).
The conservative party may be in the minority, but the progressives will be the ones going to hell. Take a look at the end result of liberalism - Greece.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
