Sliding glass door vertical blinds: inside mount or outside mount?

1 Just a note the inside/outside mount is inside our outside the window well. The blinds will be inside the house either way.

2 in that case, go for the outside. It'll cover the corners better and disallow any light to seep through on the edges.

Outside blinds have a problem. They can be moved by the wind, by voyeurs, by thieves, etc. Their privacy providing capability is greatly diminshed if they are outside. Inside blinds mean that you give up a few inches of your room, but they are impervious to wind, rain, and anyone who wants to play peeping tom.

Basically, more secure. In addition, you don't need to open up the sliding door (figure on winter a couple of months a year) just in order to open or close the blinds. My vote is a definite INSIDE.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
