There are over 300 Old Testament prophecies, all of them a matter of public record hundreds of years before the fact, predicting the birth, life, death, and resurrection of Jesus the Christ Wrong. Please name them and tell me why I cannot use that same 'proof' for any other god. Because there is no God. And God is just theory of stupid humans who cant explain some things and than they said that is god will, or it's happened because god wanted that, or god made that for humanity and some rubbish things like that.

Well it's been a long time since I felt the need to look for proof. But it will depend on your stance on the religion. The bible has proof pointing towards Jesus coming which he fulfilled.

But if you don't believe Jesus even existed then you need more "proof". If i'm not mistaken, there are no roman public records related to his crucifixion. But there are letters from roman officials where they describe Pilot and his dilemma with the situation concerning Christ.

All of the cities and battles in the bible can be accounted for unlike other religious books like the quran which doesn't give any details or the book of Mormon which no one can find any proof of any of its cities,battles or metals. But putting away reference material from the bible and if you don't believe jesus existed then the old testament prophecies fulfilled by Christ mean nothing to you. Stop looking for proof and try going to catholic confession, praying the rosary everyday, and fasting with bread and water and the proof will come to you.

Here's 1; He preaches peace, and peace is what even the dumbest person on earth wants, this means He has the power to instil peace in everyone, Christian or whatever, because He created them! No other god advocates peace like .

Matthew and Roger I note that you decline to give specific prophecies. You just say "There are lots of prophecies that have come true! So there!"

Why can't you be specific? If the prophecies are are so amazing surely you would share them with us?! But the truth is that none of these "prophecies" holds up.

I've looked at dozens of them, and all of them are either: 1. So vague they could refer to anything.2. Probably written after the events they describe.

3. Refer to events that have never been verified.4. Believers think the scripture is command, so they carry it out.

Then it is claimed as a "fulfilled prophecy"! The so-called prophecies concerning Jesus are mostly of type number three. The writers of the Gospels knew the old Testament, and wrote the life of Jesus to fit with it.

There is no independent evidence for any details of Jesus's life. "Prophecies" in Ezekiel may refer to actual historical events, but the book was written and revised over a long period spanning many generations. Some ancient scribe altered the text to match events as they happened, and previous versions were subsequently lost.

Now there is no telling when those "prophetic" passages were written, but the simplest explanation is that they were introduced after the events they describe, isn't it? If Biblical "prophecy" is the strongest evidence you have for your beliefs, then you are in real trouble. Serious scholars of ancient manuscripts do not find these arguments the slightest bit convincing.

And apparently, you ignore the evidence. Jesus gave us an objective "litmus" test. He said if you REALLY want to know if God sent m (uh - DO you really want to know?

Or is this just one more hypocritical question that you ask for which you don't really want or care about the answer? Let's see what you do with this. Reject it to let us all know that the only reason you don't believe in God is because you don't WANT to believe in God - okay?) But He said that if you want to know if God sent m (implying the existence of said God), "then obey these commands, and you SHALL know (one way OR the other).

If the Bible is a lie, if Jesus wasn't/isn't the Son of God, then taking this challenge is the sure-fire proof you need to rub it into the face of every Christian believer.

But if you completely reject this challenge, then I must also point out something else that He said, that the reason people do NOT believe in God is because they are evil, they love their sins and immorality, and they hate truth and righteousness (paraphrased). In other words, as I already stated, the ONLY reason you don't believe in God (if you flat out reject this challenge) is because you don't WANT to believe in God, and your theme song is "Don't confuse me with Truth, my mind's already made up!" So now the ball is in your court.

Don't ask any more questions ever again if you reject this answer, since it only proves that you simply hate God and truth and righteousness, and you love your sin and immorality, being a totally immoral person according to Jesus. But if you DO take this challenge as MANY atheists over the course of history have done, you will discover the most amazing grace, love, and mercy ever imaginable. He will set you free from your sins, He will cleanse your conscience, give you a new (a pure) heart, and restore a broken relationship between you and God.

He will even adopt you into and then take you home to live in s home (heaven) after you leave THIS old world behind.

The truth about religion is that theists just pick a god that's compatible with there humanistic believes. There is no actual evidence for one god over another.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
