The issue that you and many other students at large universities face is that they cannot always get the specific courses they need to take exactly when they need to take them in order to graduate in four years. For example, for both your Biology BS and pre-med requirements you'll need to take Biology and Chemistry then OChem, Biochem, Microbiology, etc. If you can't get a class the semester/trimester that you need it, that will throw off your schedule. The time it takes to earn your degree also depends on how many classes/credits you take each term and if you go to school in the summer.
Honestly, I think six years is overstating things since the pre-med and biology requirements will overlap significantly.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
