I wish you were more specific, You don't DRAG a entire folder to the iPad ,, you drag it to iTunes, "check" them, and sync. Im not sure how you dragged music to your iPod touch, sice your not specific enough. Hope I helped enough.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
