I think he defiantly likes you a lot! He just has to get drunk to actually not feel guilty about it. NExt time he is getting drunk but not yet give him a kiss and put your hand on his pants and rub.

He will put down his drink and pay attention to you. Keep going further. Soon you will be naked with him and he will see what he has been missing.

And since he won't be drunk he will actually now how it feels like to be with you. And will remember the next day. Trust me once he gets that feeling and taste of you he won't want to leave it.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
