As long as your car is legal in your state it will be legal to drive in another state. If you are really worried about it find the state statute that says you only need one and keep it in the car just in case you do get hassled, you can show them that info. If it was a neighboring state the would most likely know but being that they don't likely get a lot of Florida cars there so they may not know.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
