Hola buenas. Depende a qué marcas de acné te refieras. Si son las que se quedan después de reventarte un granito, normalmente sí que se van, porque es una herida con sangre mínima que se queda ahí y tiene que cicatrizar.

Sin embargo y es porque te lo has arrancado, o has tenido un acné muy fuerte, no se suelen borrar nunca, pero si son un tanto superficiales yo creo que se podrían llegar a borrar, aunque depende qué hayas hecho, puede que no se borren del todo. Si te lo has explotado o arrancado y te has hecho sangre, utiliza una pomada líquida llamada BETADINE o también llamada TINTURA DE YODO. Esto desinfecta los granitos y las heridas y es bastante bueno (lo digo por experiencia), al igual que unas toallitas de venta en farmacias llamadas ERIDOSIS que son expresamente para el acné fuerte que van secando la zona hasta que desaparece.

Si se borran, puedes usar algunas cremas para acelerar el proceso porque a veces tardan bastante en borrarse.
