You can't use dynamic SQL in a function so what you are trying to do is not possible via a TSQL TVF.

If you need to take the results of sproc into a table, you can use INSERT INTO EXEC.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
