When I start Activity Keylogger, it shows message 'Connect failed, there has some crashed IExplorer threads. Please restart system and try again.', How come?

Activity Keylogger monitors IE events externally. We call it "Sink Event with IE". If one or more IE windows have crashed, Activity Keylogger will be failed to sink with IE and show this message.
