You mean why do they swab the site of the injection as all needles come sterile. It's process. There is a formal process for every injection and since this is an injection all of the other steps get followed.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
