Stored Procedure runs slowly when being called from another stored procedure?

I would strongly suggest parameter sniffing as the culprit.

Yeah, I think you're probably right based on the cases he laid out. – nathan gonzalez Jun 24 at 16:25 Very much possible. EditInspection is assigning all parameters to local variables (it has around 30 parameters), but restFlags is using one parameter and it is not being assigned to a local variable. So I will try changing that on Monday.

Thanks. – ahmjt Jun 25 at 9:02 Solved the issue. Parameter sniffing is the issue.

Thanks all for helping me out. – ahmjt Jun 27 at 7:53.

Slowly stored procedure being in (without quotes):. Slowly stored procedure being on (without quotes):.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
