Struts was designed to run as a Web application and not as a standalone application. In your JettyRunner class, you have a main method to fire up Jetty. That won't work with Struts.
You would have to create a web application if you want to use Struts 1.x.
Thanks for your response. It is a web app that runs just fine in tomcat/resin/weblogic and standalone jetty. The issue is with Struts' ActionServlet finding the WEB-INF/web.
Xml while running in an embedded jetty server. The web app launches, just the servlet init fails finding this resource. I may have not been clear in the way I asked my question.
Thanks anyway. – Jay Eskandarian Sep 29 at 6:29.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
