No, not anymore. There's just too many and they tend to have strange hardware. That being said, many happen to work.

Also, old drivers or desktop drivers sometimes function for laptop hardware. I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
