You do NOT need a tax return. Asda is taking your tax and Ni for you. You do not have to fill in anything.

Language clarification - you are talking about a tax refund or rebate. The term "tax return" has special meanings that do not apply to you. The review of pay and tax is automatic.

You started in 2010 so your first tax year is 2010-11. For that year how much was you paid and how much (if any) tax was deducted and what was the tax code on the P60? Also did you cvlaim benefit in that year?

You can ask for a review certainly, write in (address from hmrc.gov.uk) include the original P60's (stapled to letter), make sure your name, national insurance number, date of birth and address (and a signature) are on the letter. We do not work online - snail mail only.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
