No. A demigod is a being whose existence begins as the conception of a mortal being, that conception being the product of the mating between a deity and a human. Jesus, on the other hand, according to the Bible - existed before his own conception in human form - created all created things before his conception as a human - came down from Heaven to be born as the human named "Jesus" So: clearly there are differences between Jesus' existence and the existence of a demigod.
I suppose one **could** argue that the human body of Jesus was "a demigod" - but that would be ignoring the fact that Jesus was God himself **before** he took on human form. The demigod, by comparison, begins existence in human form.
