I have the same problem. I'm always too busy to take my little girl out and play with her. So, I started to take her out, hold her for a minute or two, and put her in her ball.
It's really the only thing you can do. Plus, you know she's safe so you're free to do your work. And 20 minutes or so later, put her back in.
She'll still chew on the bars, but the extra attention and exercise should help her a lot. Also, I'm sure you know this, but give her plenty of things to chew on. They usually don't touch them, but it's worth a shot.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
