Tenant pays rent up to a month late, still hasn't paid deposit, now utilities aren't being paid. What can I do?

Well, you can't get what you don't ask for...so, I guess you could ask...BUT, if you are thinking that you can negotiate a lower rent in a college town, think again. There are probably plenty of other coeds willing to pay the posted rent that they are asking for this place. Don't be too surprised if their *friendly demeanor* becomes icy after you drop this in their laps.

Sorry but rents are NOT negotiable. If you could not afford the $800 you should have looked else where and your 500 is theirs to keep.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
