The Asus Eee vs. the iPad - which has a better CPU?

Asus Eee line of tablets use NVIDIA Tegra 2 processor which is a new age processor specifically designed for tablet devices. This processor provides good performance while economizing on resources. It also helps in increasing the battery life.

The processor has received good reviews and is used in most of the tablets available in the market. On the other hand, iPad uses its proprietary A4 processor. IPad has met with great success and it has a very low return rate of 2 percent, which shows that the tablet and its processor are reliable.

Both Tegra 2 and A4 processors are based on ARM technology and hence almost similar performance. IPad 2 is speculated to be released with faster chipset and hence we can expect it to perform better than first generation iPad.
