The child support my son's father was making through his SSI has stopped due to his working. SSI wants me to pay it back?

The child support my son's father was making through his SSI has stopped due to his working. SSI wants me to pay it back Why should I have to pay this money back? Shouldn't his father have to since he is the one who went to GA child support enforcement to change the payments to be made via SSI and he lied about the entire thing.

I had no idea that he committed this act until SSI sent me a letter stating that the payments would stop. This is CRAZY to me. You shouldn't be held responsible I'd submit a letter to the SS office or to whom it may concen in regards to this asap! My 32y daughter's father is in arrears & I was told I would NOT be able to collect back support if he were on SSI, that I'd have to wait till it rolled over to SS...if ever that may be.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
