Real Estate agent or Loan Officer either one can influence the appraisal. Check the regs again. I think you'll find it.

Thanks so much. This, together with so many new regulations put on Loan Officers, I have retired from the lending business completely. I feel like it was a forced retirement.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
