From what I understand the pay is $25 on "drive by" inspection in which you will be required to take 10 or more pictures of the exterior. Then you can get an additional $10 for occupied homes which still have a homeowner living there.

As in the case of unoccupied or abandoned homes can get you $40 for an interior and exterior inspection. You will be required to take 30 or more pictures, some require you to also change the locks.

One of the forums I read for inspectors says that Trinity Inspections are doing "disaster inspections" for several mortgage companies instead of draw inspections.
