OVER ALWAYS! I like it over cuz it's easier to get to. Under seems to be harder to find.

I keep rolling & rolling and finally I get it to stop where the square begins. I must admit I am one of THOSE who will change it at friends or family's house. Don't ya just hate that?

I don't really know why I do that, maybe cuz I'm a perfectionist and need things done right. Please don't send letters, I know it's wrong to do that! I'm sorry!

I do tell the people that I did it. They usually change it back and I let it go. NO biggie!.

Ours is a pick-it-up household Due to the layout of the bathroom, there is no place for a toilet paper roll to hang without it either being hard to reach or getting in the way, so we set it on the sink next to the toilet and just pick it up when needed. That said, I do prefer over, so the paper hangs away from the wall (i.e. Closer to me), rather than right next to the wall..

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
