The non-custodial parent has lost his/her job, receiving worker's compensation or collecting Social Security Benefits. What happens now?

If the non-custodial parent is not working, but is collecting unemployment, child support can be withheld from that payor of funds. If the non-custodial parent is receiving worker’s compensation from an injury, we can also collect from that source. We may be able to collect support from all of these sources, but in some cases we may not be able to collect 100% of what is due.

If no payor of funds is found, we will remind the non-custodial parent of their obligation. If no payment is received at the CSPC, no payment can be sent to the custodial parent. The court order will continue to charge while the non-custodial parent is not working.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
