The verizon lady picked out a blackberry for me and I don't know how to use it....help. Can I upload music to it from my computer?

As you have not mentioned which Blackberry you purchased, the following instruction should work for most Blackberry. If you have microSD, insert the microSD to the Blackberry. Then, install the Blackberry Desktop Manager software (usually located on the CD).

Once the installation has finished, plug the Blackberry to the PC using the included USB cable. The computer should recognize the Blackberry as an external drive. What you need to do is place the music files from your computer to the folder called Blackberry/Music.

Once the copy has finished, you can disconnect the Blackberry from the PC. The music files should appear in your Blackberry.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
