Fear is a natural response to a real known threat so it is what keeps us safe.
Phobia is an irrational fear so not so good but unless you are really obsessed with phobias still not too bad and often treatable.
Anxiety is feeling fear that we can not identify and having it constantly haunt us so it is the worst of the three.
It is our own worst enemy, regardless if it is real or not.
Whichever one you suffer with is your worst enemy. All of these can be very debilitating to the normal functioning of a person in their life and should be addressed at the earliest possible stage.
It's hard to be happy while suffering with fear, anxiety or a phobia and life's all about the pursuit of happiness.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
