They say that to be a good cook, one has to cook food with the heart. What does this mean?

I fully believe that to be a good cook, one has to cook food from the heart. I believe the outcome of the food is affected by the mood of the cook. Nevertheless, I do not believe that is the case literally.

The movie Simply Irresistible has Amanda later cooking delicious mood-altering dishes. Basically, whatever she felt during the time, then, it transferred to her food. I love this movie, but, it is just a movie.

Cooking from the heart is cooking with love and vice versa. Love of food, cooking and who you are preparing the dish for. The best cooks in the world or in your family are inspired by food.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
