There Foreigners require approval from the Foreign Investment Committee (FIC). In Malaysia there is a scheme called "My Second Home" which allows a 5 years visa with extensions. Areas that you can look in are, Damansara, Petaling Jaya , Subang , Bangsar, Sri Hatamas.
Bungalows and Condominiums in this areas are of a higher end but less crimes Malaysia home made cars are pretty cheap and comfortable. Petrol is cheap compare to many countries. Public transports are not that reliable One thing for sure that you do not have to worry is food.
Malaysia have many different kind of food and prices can varies depending on where you visit. Groceries in markets are reasonable Base on areas I have given, a 3 bed room condo approximately RM300000-500000 and a small bungalow can cost 1.5million onwards. The cost had went up tremendously for the past 4 years Hope I have help.
I have provided you some sites to look at. Merry Christmas!
The country is called 'malaysia', not 'malay'. Malay is one of the race name within malaysia. Both have completely different meaning.
Maybe you wanna understand the country a little bit more before you wanna migrate there ~ ;).
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
