This is for anyone out there who is familiar with Canadian Civil Law as it pertains to Family Law. I've already done up all the paperwork Requisitions, Order without Children, Certificates of Pleadings, Affidavits, Statements of Claim, Writ of summons, and the whole nine yards. The problem is this: being unable to locate my estranged spouse (he works for extended periods of time in the bush), the one year limit has expired.
Now I have to file a Notice of Motion form 55, an Order form 56A, and another Affidavit form 60. All these pertain to Rule 51A for Setting Down Applications for Hearing. I need to know what I should list as the (style of proceeding)?
Would it just be Setting Down Applications for Hearing. I am seeking an extension of the time for service. I'm just not positive and don't want to screw it up and have to redo it as I need to take it in probably Monday morning as we will be driving through the city where the Supreme Court is located, but are on a tight timeline.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
