Not everyone, But of course you will find many young and fashionable girls walking around^-^/ They will often be wearing what the current Korean trends are and may Kpop idols will often do that too so of course there will be some. There may be more in certain places than others. I wear similar clothing to Kpop idols and I live in Wales so you will find someone wearing similar clothing in almost any country although they just might be hard to find.
