To get the best results in weight lifting is it better to stick to heaviest weight possible& low repetitions?

Lifting weights is not generally spoken of as having any particular effect on blood pressure. (other than raising it if you don't breathe....) For that, you need exercise that works the cardiovascular system specifically....Aerobic exercise like running or cycling that gets your heart rate into the aerobic training zone for a minimum of 20 minutes continually.

Probably an higher amount of rep, but I fail to see the link, watch your diet if you want lower blood sugar.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
