Nathan Radley is the older brother of Arthur "Boo" Radley and another difficult character to understand in To Kill a Mockingbird. When the children try to catch a view at his brother "Boo", he shoots at them in the yard (albeit thinking he was aiming at a black person), but they escape. Nathan also fills up the knothole in which Arthur leaves little gifts for the children.
