To the employer who responded,so the management should just sit there watched the entire situation without stopping it?

This company knew I had recently been diagnosed with cancer. They also knew that I was very upset from this news. And finally, they knew more then ever I needed the health insurance for this reason.

I consider this very thoughtless of them, especially since I had been buying them most of their supplies and cleaning their restrooms every week because the couldn't afford a regular cleaning service. They could have said come back in. Asked by MissJuly 39 months ago Similar questions: employer responded management sit watched entire situation stopping Health > Conditions & Diseases.

1 Yes, they could have - but they didn't. It would seem that they are not unhappy you left. Perhaps it is that they do not want the added insurance costs?

I am very sorry to have to say that, but it is most likely a reason that they are saying you quit. I am sorry, also, to hear of your health issues - will think good thoughts for you.

2 If your company had you on their insurance and you left, you have to contact them and ask about COBRA, its was guaranteed 18 months worth of insurance, yes you have to pay for it out of pocket, but at least you have the option. Here is the site for information: Here is the site for more information: dol.gov/dol/topic/health-plans/cobra.htm .

3 I'm just playing the devil's advocate here, but perhaps the added insurance cost is more expensive than a regular cleaning service - or someone else who will do the job as a freelancer.

4 Since we live in a society where there's more lawyers than sewer rats, I'm SURE they panicked when they thought perhaps you could sue them.. I.E. Carcinogens in the coffee pot..

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
