Yes, you can preregister for noncredit classes online by submitting an application for admission to Foothill College (if you do not have a Foothill College SID number already) and then register for classes online using that quarter's schedule of classes. For Mathematical Foundations for College: NCBS 401A & 401B it is advised that you preregister online as space is limited. For Parenting Education: NCP 400, 401, 402 and 403 please register at the first class meeting.
