No, not really. Despite what the libs will scream from the roof tops from now until the election, Ryan's plan does NOT change medicare for those who are already on Medicare. His plan targets people 55 and younger and even then people will have a choice to either choose medicare or choose a voucher system for their medical care.

His plan eliminates the demise of medicare in the future for all. As it stands now, if no changes are made , the system will be bankrupt in 20 years! No benefits for ANYONE!

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
